Since the eleventh century, the Mas du Novi, former dependency of the Abbey of Valmagne produces wine on one of the most beautiful exceptional terroirs of the Languedoc. Today this estate of 42 ha of vines cultivated in organic farming, in the middle of 60 ha of woods and scrubland, is one of the references of the Languedoc Grès de Montpellier and IGP Oc.

A signature wine for a unique terroir, with a dark colour, this wine offers refined aromas of spices, pink berries, blueberries and juniper wood. He adds coffee, chocolate, tapenade and morello cherry to his palette in a warm, powerful mouthfeel, built on a beautiful tannic structure and a perfectly controlled oak note.
