The grenache for this Rosé is sourced from the elevated, cooler (and grenache heaven) region of Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale.

This wine in particular pays homage to the dry rosés of Europe – pale in colour; savoury in style. Grapes were pressed immediately after crushing to extract ideal rosé tannin and flavour.
