Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle tinges of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pear and ripe apricot scents drift out of the glass followed by some honeydew and bees wax like notes. Fruity apricot, ripe apple and pear flavours overlay a honeysuckle back drop. Finishes off dry with good freshness and a honeysuckle led aftertaste.
