Earthy red/purple colour with a wonderfully tight and fragrant nose, showing complex aromas of dark berry, game, savoury mushroom, cedar and dried herb. The palate shows a delicate elegance of black cherries and sweet berry flavours. The tannins are subtle and the wine ends seamlessly, poised and super enjoyable. Serve with lamb, venison or duck. Drinking fantastic now and will only get better with age.
