The nose is a display of fragrant violets, cassis and fresh earth,
complemented by savoury notes of black olive, bay leaf and dark
chocolate. The palate is powerful yet elegant and refined, combining
a dense core of blueberries, gravel dust and cedar spice with firm but
fine tannins providing impressive length. Made in very limited quantities
from selected parcels of fruit, Rolling Stone expresses the essence of
this remarkable southern Margaret River vineyard.
