Crazy by Nature, Sirius White, a serious play on words, is a blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Marsanne.

Tastes
Darn good, those organic/biodynamically grown grapes make a difference, rich and oily palate structure that speaks of concentrated grapes, the warmth of Gisborne and an almost saltiness of oceans nearby. This screams for roasted pork belly. Will age 4-6 years but why wait, seriously.
