Fine, very long and elegant, yet also intense and full of silky smooth oak and white peach and apple blossom flavours which meld together to fill the palate. A great structure with naturally soft acidity. Our Chardonnay is in new and old French oak for 5 months and undergoes full Malo fermentation. 2024 was a good year in the vineyard with the end of the La Nina weather and a warm mild summer which rewarded us with even ripening and a good vintage. Our Chardonnay will cellar for a minimum of 8 years.
