The Ministry of Clouds duo source fruit from a dry-grown Blewitt Springs vineyard, and their own Onkaparinga Rocks plot, as they look to combine classic old-school richness with a modern, svelte approach to McLaren Vale Shiraz.

The result is a rich red full of punchy dark plum, blackberry, and liquor cherry flavours, with some supporting oak. It is an enticing, yet deft wine.
