Fruit sourced from our fifty year old estate vines, a narrow section within our Block B Shiraz achieves maturity and physiological ripeness approximately 4 weeks after our estate harvest due to an undisclosed micro geological profile. The fruit is vinified in traditional open vats with the new wine sent to barrels for three years to maximise balance and harmony.
