This is a pinot noir of exceptional quality from the excellent 2021 season. The Valerie series is made from carefully selected, small parcels of supreme quality wine and named in honour of Valerie Friend as co-founder of Narkoojee. The wine was fermented by indigenous yeasts and a portion matured in new French oak hogsheads. It has intense flavour, excellent balance, great length and complexity.
