This is a shiraz of exceptional quality from the great 2021 season. It was selected from a small parcel of supreme quality wine and named in honour of Valerie Friend, a co-founder of Narkoojee. The wine was fermented by indigenous yeasts and has a dense blackberry colour, intense flavour and great complexity.
