Invigorating Pet Nat from NSW mastermind Nick Spencer, though he uses the full title on the label, Petillant Naturel, as he is an educated man. It's dominantly Grenache with some Sangiovese added for some extra grunt, all sourced from elevated sites in the Hilltops regoin. Really tasty, and vinous as well, with some good fruit concentration alongside insane drinkability.
