Lorenzo Nifo Sarrapochiello, founder and winemaker, has opted to combine respect for tradition with scientific innovation to ensure the company's high-quality levels, which have always been sought. Nifo grapes, in reality, have been farmed and handled using organic agricultural methods since 1998. Following manual harvest, the grapes are processed according to strict production rules that protect the environment and the consumer's health.

Alenta is a late harvest Falanghina that has been fermented and matured in barriques. Aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as apricots, pineapple, cedar, and a little touch of fresh almond can be found on the nose. The flavour is taut, nimble, and full-bodied. The finish is extended and has a lovely charm.
