A classic Margies, warm and dry summer provided the perfect ripening conditions for our Sauvignon Blanc fruit. All they had to do was sit back, relax and wait for the grapes to ripen.

Old school, skinsy and wild, whole berries fermented wild in open bins, foot stomped and pressed to big old barrels for 6 months. No additions. Stirred not shaken for extra mouthfeel. Unfined, unfiltered, a little bit cloudy.

Savvy B, but not as you know it. A fusion of fruit deliciousness, kaffir lime leaf with a splash of pink grapefruit, finishing with some musky goodness. Texture, grip and tension with a luscious feel… Rock the Kazbar.
