An aromatic explosion of passionfruit jumps out of the glass, followed by tropical pineapple and mango notes. Lemon pith, lemongrass, green apple, papaya and mouth-watering acidity add to the fun. The impressive body and texture are thanks to 10% of the wine fermented on skins. It’s fruity, fresh and begs to be enjoyed beneath the summer sun – or at least makes you feel as you are there.
