This crisp sparkling comes from the largest organic vineyard in the UK, Oxney Estate. Mouthwatering and fresh, it shows aromas of red apples, pears and toasts. Oxney Estate NV sparkling is a blend of different parcels across the estate, combined with reserve wines, some of them aged in Burgundy barrels. This is a traditional method sparkling wine, with the second fermentation happening in the bottle. The wine was aged on the lees and further matured in the bottle for three months prior to its release.

Refreshing, pure and mineral, with a refined fizz, Oxney Estate NV is a very food-friendly wine. It is a great match for grilled fish, crab, lobster and other seafood and equally delicious on its own.
