Fruit was sourced from the King and Alpine Valleys. Brilliant pale straw colour with green toned edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas intermingle with a faint whiff of honeysuckle and spice. Texturally luscious flavours of pear, apple and honeysuckle are layered across the palate with subtle notions of musk and quince lying underneath. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a nicely rounded aftertaste.
