Mille Bolle is a sparkling wine from the Oltrepo Pavese’s hills. This region has long been considered as one of Italy's best for cultivating Pinot Noir, a grape variety that needs continual attention and commitment but is the real basis for the elegance, body, and age potential that characterise these sparkling wines. With a straw-yellow colour and beautiful, long-lasting perlage, it has a lovely, aromatic scent with delicious fruit undertones. It has good acidity and is fresh, delicate, and harmonic to the taste.
