With the 2016 vintage, now the 2nd Barolo Ravera from Paolo Scavino's fine forge from the highest wine-growing region of the cellars at 430 meters above sea level. The Paolo Scavino Ravera Barolo DOCG presents itself with a bouquet of violets and red fruits. On the palate, the Paolo Scavino Ravera Barolo DOCG is balsamic and soft with notes of tobacco, white peach and cherry. Silky tannins and a powerful finish.
