Paul Bara's Special Club cuvée is unique in Champagne and is produced only on the occasion of exceptional vintages. Each Spécial Club cuvée is subjected to the judgment of a very demanding jury of professionals (winemakers and producers) during two approval tastings: a first tasting of vins clairs and subsequently a tasting of champagne.

Visual examination: golden color with yellow reflections, fine and delicate perlage.

Olfactory examination: rich in aromas and beautiful freshness.

Taste: citrus notes, granny apples. Very broad, full-bodied wine, characterized by a nice balance and persistent freshness.

Pairings: duck with cranberries.
