
Pequenos Rebentos Alvarinho-Trajadura 2024
Vinification: After manual harvesting and transportation to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were de-stemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 4 hours, preceded by pressing light and decantation for 48 hours. Fermented at controlled temperature (14º-15ºC) for 15 days.
Tasting Notes: Wine with a greenish color, citrus, mineral and slight vegetal aroma. In the mouth it has a slight fizz that makes it vibrant and appealing, resulting in a long and intense finish.
Harmonization and longevity: Salads, fatty fish, white meats and grilled meats, at a temperature of 10ºC. It can be consumed immediately or within the next 3/4 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations.
