The Gardener Pinot Gris is fresh and vibrant. It is light straw yellow in colour with a vibrant bouquet and alluring palate. Orange blossom juicy nashi pear and fresh lime citrus. It is an expressive bright wine with finely textured palate.

The Gardener Pinot Gris was harvested in the cool of morning. Oxidative handling of juice to reduce tannin and colour and coarse settling at ambient temperatures. Both selected and indigenous yeast was used and the wine went through partial malolactic fermentation. Older French oak was used in 20% of the wines maturation.
