Colour: ruby red with garnet hues. Bouquet: complex, with predominantly fruity and spicy hints of jam, blackberry, green pepper and vanilla. On the finish, toasted notes and dried rose. Taste: warm, enveloping and soft, with a long aromatic persistence.

Pressing of the grapes, fermentation and maceration in steel tanks. The wine evolves about 12 months in barriques, followed by several months of refinement in bottles lying in underground cellars.
