A very fresh and complex sparkling Vouvray aged on its lees up to 4 years until disgorgement. Intense, Chenin flavours, very fresh, drinking well now. An extremely flavoursome sparkling, better than many Champagnes with food and at less than half the price of even entry-level Champagnes.
