These Grenache and Syrah from our high altitude terroirs are harvested by hand at optimal maturity. They give a wine full of sunshine, structured and generous, rich in all the tradition of Gigondas, which is surrounded by woody notes (combination of barrels and tuns, 12 months of aging).
