Aroma: Understated yet complex at the same time, this wine displays typical Adelaide Hills white peach, grapefruit and cashew characters with hints of struck match, cream and mineral in the background. Palate: The medium weight palate displays white peach, cashew and cream as the main elements. Well balanced mineral acidity adds length and a little texture ensuring a clean, dry finish.
