The Piombaia winery is located in the heart of the historic production area of Brunello di Montalcino. There are 12 hectares of vineyards surrounded by woods, which constitute a natural thermoregulator for the vines and an example of their cultivation. Since 2008, the application of biodynamic principles has profoundly transformed the way of conceiving and working in the vineyards.

Intense ruby red colour, cherry and raspberry scents give way to subtle spices and sandalwood. The wine has a medium body and well-integrated tannins that become powdery in the finale. Toasted spice and subtle tobacco aromas complement the bright, juicy cherry taste.
