The Piombaia winery is located in the heart of the historic production area of Brunello di Montalcino. There are 12 hectares of vineyards surrounded by woods, which constitute a natural thermoregulator for the vines and an example of their cultivation. Since 2008, the application of biodynamic principles has profoundly transformed the way of conceiving and working in the vineyards.

In this unconventional one-litre flask of wine, an age-old Tuscan tradition and a symbol of conviviality, led Piombaia to come up with a bottle of a shape and size that conjures up the joy and carefreeness of being together. Pomegranate red colour, with hints of crunchy red fruit juice, dangerous drinkability, with agile and dynamics tannins.
