Monastero is a pure Pinot Nero crafted in the heart of Castellina in Chianti, Tuscany. This single-vineyard wine reflects the elegance of Burgundian tradition in Italian soil, made from estate-grown Pinot Nero vines cultivated at high altitude with low yields to ensure intensity and finesse.

Hand-harvested and fermented in open vats, the wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barriques (50% new), developing depth, texture, and aromatic complexity.
