A very light, ruby ​​red wine with intense aromas of small red fruits: cherries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. On the palate it is lively and fresh, subtle but persistent; small red fruits can also be found in the mouth. Thanks to its modest tannins, it is an ideal companion for blue fish dishes, such as pasta with sardines and wild fennel.
