FLAVOUR
Pomme | Fresh | Zest. Feathery fennel fronds, citrus, nashi pear, white strawberry and very faint jalapeno chili. Pears baked in their skin with Meyer lemon zest wrapped in filo pastry and topped with fennel seeds. Takes me to a Mediterranean Island.
