Harvested from multiple blocks on the Napoleone Vineyard, including the older plantings of clones 76 and 95 and our younger plantings of P58 and Mendoza clones, the wine was fermented naturally in French oak (35% new, all puncheons). Lees are stirred regularly to help build texture and complexity.

We selected the best chardonnay parcels (seven barrels) to blend this elegant yet powerful, complex fruit-focused wine with great drive and tense acidity.
