Produced at the Radermacher Distillery, which is one of Belgium’s oldest, this Clementine-flavoured gin is certified organic.

This gin combines the essential oils of the Clementine fruit, with botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, cardamom and rosemary. The ingredients are macerated, then distilled.

The result is a zesty, spicy gin, which serves up notes of juniper, black pepper, bittersweet citrus rind and earthy spice.

Makes a superb gin and tonic.
