Bobal & Garnacha grpaes were sourced from Tierra de Castilla from vines that are over 30 years old. The grapes were manually harvested from old bush vines in the early morning. Grapes were de-stemmed, crushed, put into 30.000L stainless steel tanks and the free run juice was immediately drained off the skins. Fermentation at 14-16ºC during 20 days in stainless steel.
Food Pairing: An ideal lunchtime wine or as an aperitif. Enjoy with fish, grilled salmon
