Typical of the Raventos i Blanc house style, this is a supremely elegant and delicately textured premium sparkler, featuring fresh apple and fine sand earthiness. It's deft, delicious and has lovely flavor and mouthfeel as well as crunch and race. Outstanding wine for the price.

Pale lemon straw. Acacia and jasmine nose followed by yellow orchard fruit and greengage. The mousse is ever so delicate. Golden delicious apple, quince, and a lick of meyer lemon make up the fruit component of the palate, countered by the sweet and sour crème fraîche of the lees. The mineral notes are reminiscent of stones and fine chalk. The finish is looooong and leaves where you started, with the lingering perfume of white petals.
