Our Degree Shiraz is crafted for immediate enjoyment, showcasing vibrant fruit aromas, supple tannins, and a lingering smooth finish. A touch of Mourvèdre and co-fermented Riesling beautifully elevate the aromatics, adding a distinctive lift. This beloved blend, first conceived in 2002 from our "Young Vine" block planted in 1999, has remained a consistent favourite, its proportions evolving slightly with each vintage. After 18 months of maturation in seasoned French oak barriques (3-8 years old), this wine was carefully filtered and bottled in August 2022.
