Originally the domain of doctors and so-called doctors, Bitters emerged from the world of tonics and potions to became the spices of the drinks world. A dash or two can bring any drink to life. Bitters are also a core element of our Red Mill Perfect Serves.

This Classic Bitters is based on our own aged Rums, which are infused with a suite of spices and herbs to create an alluring, aromatic, exotic potion. This has a strong, hard-spice characters – cacao, quassia, pimento, pepper, gentian root and dried orange. Add it to everything from mineral water to a special Red Mill cocktail.
