A bright, rich and red, brambly-berry mountain-smelling red with lashes of florality. Remelluri’s Reserva is all estate-grown, organic and biodynamic fruit of the highest quality – despite being handled in a moderated version of Reserva production, all the real work is done in the vineyard. Aged in a mix of (mainly) french and american oak, new through four uses, and racked several times, but with no oxidation or abstraction, it’s a pure wine of the mountain.
