Concentrated yet tightly focused with a crunchy feel and steely underbelly the palate features lime, citrus and orange rind flavours over some green apple, talc and mineral. Dry, steely finish with racy acidity. Long aftertaste of lime juice, citrus, orange rind, green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral infusions.
