Toni Sarrion is the undisputed master of the Bobal grape variety. In his “own” DOP El Terrerazo (located west of Valencia, Spain), Toni has been producing elegant and deep Bobal since the late 90s. He works entirely according to the goblet method, without irrigation, and harvests the grapes exclusively by hand. His wines are certified organic and vegan.
