Champagne Robert Barbichon represents four generations worth of work in the Côte des Bar. Farming across all 9 hectares of vines strictly adhering to biodynamic practices. Barbichon is Demeter certified in 2012 for biodynamics, they also hold an Ecocert & AB certification for organics.

Matured 36 months in bottle 80% Chardonnay with a 20% Pinot Blanc, it presents floral notes of magnolia, citrus fruits and pears. Fragrant and lively, with appealing flavours of mint and lime profile alternating tones of white fruits, fine perlage and good acidity. A brilliant artisanal champagne!
