Produced from Pedro Ximénez and vinified according to the same process as sherry, the wines from the region D.O. Montilla-Moriles may not call themselves sherry but it is a finely expression of it.

The Oloroso shows a rich palette of dried fruits and stone fruits, such as dried apricot, plum and raisins, developing further into notes of mocha and dark chocolate. Overall creamy and full-bodied with a long-lasting finale.
