A blend of mainly Welschriesling, followed by Furmint and Gruner Veltliner. Concieved from small, older vineyard parcels, its name – Dorfkultur – reflects the communal essence of village-grown fruit. Certified organic, it’s made in a minimalist, terroir-focused style: hand-harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, with some neutral wood contact but no new oak influence.
