This Saison Rum XO has the signature of Jérôme Tessendier and skilfully combines the flavours of the Caribbean countries of origin Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. Each batch is matured for at least 10 years in used cognac barrels from the Tessendier distillery, which gives this rum XO its exceptional subtlety of aromas. Powerful on the nose with vanilla aromas, toasted and cedar notes and a hint of light tobacco. Full-bodied on the palate with a slightly woody nuance and flavours of flambéed banana.
