The San Salvatore winery and its vineyards are located precisely in Capaccio-Paestum, in the province of Salerno, where the gaze embraces the three great temples of Paestum. The production philosophy is based with conviction on respect for nature and traditional techniques. Therefore the vineyards are not stressed and the natural rhythms are supported as much as possible. The harvesting and defoliation operations are 100% manual, the pressing is ultra-soft and the cellar uses a photovoltaic system to reduce the environmental impact. The organic rosé is an elegant wine, suitable for an aperitif "with a view of the temples".
