The perfection of Gewurztraminer" was the phrase used in Parker's Wine Advocate for this incredible Grand Cru. Lovingly made by the insanely hard-working Domaine Schoffit, it is wonderfully lush and concentrated but also retains a sense of both savouriness and mineral tension. The result is a hugely satisfying but with ethereal dimensions that are unique in Gewurz. Schoffit literally works too hard in the vineyard to think about the market, so we are lucky to import this. A total gem and the best value Grand Cru wine in all of France.
