Blackcurrant, cherries, and sage leaf, complemented by fine supple tannins. The fruit is carefully selected from a combination of Serafino estate grown vineyards, including Communication and Little Road vineyards in McLaren Vale for varietal character.

TASTING NOTES: Brilliant deep ruby with aromas of red and black berry fruits. Complex with hints of capsicum varietal character. The palate is rich with lingering soft tannins.
