Bright purple red in colour, and punchy primary raspberry, cherry and earthy aromas show the influence of the carbonic maceration. Juicy sweet red fruit, sappy tannins, complex spice and red licorice characters open up on the palate. This is a bright youthful expression of Grenache made for early consumption, slightly chilled, with wood fired pizza or a hearty meatballs dish.
