Made from 39 year old Chardonnay vines in the Bellarine. This chardonnay shows classic Bellarine varietal aromas of peaches and Citrus with a nutty creamy background. The wine has toasty and buttery flavours interwoven with a complex mineral structure and crisp dry finish. Drinks well young and fresh but will soften with age. Yeast: all Wild Barrel ferment
