Nothing could be easier than making Poppy: Pick the grapes nice and early (we like a lighter style of Grigio here at BoB and Spring Seed wines) press off the skins, cool ferment in stainless steel tanks and then bottle under screwcap (no time in oak for our Poppy). It’s that easy.
